Survey Performance Measurments

The following is a detailed description of measurements used in conjunction with Express Personnel Services surveys.

Exit Interview Survey

Communication with Express/Client Supervisor/Departments

Below Expectations: The level of communication needed has been explained to you and they are below the level (don't ask enough questions, ask too many questions, etc.).

Meets Expectations: The level of communication needed has been explained to you and they meet the level continuously.

Exceeds Expectations: The level of communication needed has been explained to you and they exceed the level continuously.


Cooperation between Departments/Client Workers

Below Expectations: The level of cooperation necessary has been explained to you and falls below expectations.

Meets Expectations: The level of cooperation necessary has been explained to you and it meets the level continuously.

Exceeds Expectations: The level of cooperation necessary has been explained to you and it exceeds expectations.


Initial Orientation/Training Received

Below Expectations: The initial orientation/training process has been explained to you and was below expectations.

Meets Expectations: The initial orientation/training process has been explained to you and met expectations.

Exceeds Expectations: The initial orientation/training process has been explained to you and exceeded expectations.


Fair and Equal Treatment of all Employees

Below Expectations: Fair and equal treatment of employees has been explained to you and the results are below expectations.

Professionalism

Below Expectations: The level of professionalism you expect has not been demonstrated.

Exceeds Expectations: The level of professionalism you expect has been exceeded.


Responsiveness

Below Expectations: Your Express office is not responsive to your needs/concerns.

Meets Expectations: Your Express office responds to your needs/concerns.

Exceeds Expectations: Your Express office goes above and beyond to respond to your needs/concerns.


Communication

Below Expectations: The level of communication from your Express office has been explained to you and they are below the level (don't return calls, etc.).

Express Associate Evaluation

Productivity

Below Expectations: The rate of production has been explained to the associate and they are below the rate.

Quality of Work

Appearance

Below Expectations: Careless attire. Poor grooming/hygiene. Makes poor impression.

Meets Expectations: Functional attire. Neatly groomed. Makes good impression.

Exceeds Expectations: Immaculate attire and grooming. Makes very favorable impression.

Initiative

Below Expectations: Associate needs continuous direction. Rarely asks questions when in doubt regarding the work.

Meets Expectations: Associate finishes task and waits for direction. Usually asks questions when in doubt regarding their work.

Exceeds Expectations: Associate finishes task and asks for more work or looks for things to do. When in doubt, associate asks for directions.

Punctuality/Attendance

Below Expectations: Associate falls below expected punctuality and attendance expectations.

Meets Expectations: Associate meets punctuality and attendance expectations.

Exceeds Expectations: Associate exceeds punctuality and attendance expectations.


Attitude

Below Expectations: Associate's attitude is poor and does not contribute to a productive work envirnoment.

Meets Expectations: Associate's attitude is satisfactory and does not hinder a productive work environment.

Exceeds Expectations: Associate's attitude is outstanding and contributes to a productive work environment.


Adaptability

Below Expectations: Associate adapts poorly to new situations and environments.

Meets Expectations: Associate adapts appropriately to new situations and environments.

Exceeds Expectations: Associate adapts extremely well to new situations and environments.


Follows Rules/Procedures

Below Expectations: Associate does not follow rules/procedures well.

Below Expectations: Associate leaves a poor impression.

Promptness

Below Expectations: Associate is not prompt (arrives late for work, does not finish projects/assignments on time, does not return on time after breaks, etc.).

Exceeds Expectations: Associate is very prompt (arrives early for work, finishes projects/assignments early, returns early after breaks, etc.).


Professional Attitude

Below Expectations: Associate has a poor attitude concerning professionalism.

Understanding Your Needs

Below Expectations: Express does not understand your hiring and staffing needs.

Meets Expectations: Express understands your hiring and staffing needs.

Exceeds Expectations: Express understands your hiring and staffing needs very well and anticipates those needs before you ask.


Sending the Right Associate

Below Expectations: Express often does not send you the right associate for the assignment.

Reasonable Rates
